Bellas & Wachowski Attorneys at Law’s Complaint Features in the Daily Law Bulletin

Bellas & Wachowski Attorneys at Law recently filed a lawsuit against Recycling Services Inc. on behalf of a young man whose brother was killed while working inside a paper baler machine. As a result of a negligent operation of said machine, the deceased’s upper torso was severed causing immediate death. Bellas & Wachowski Attorneys at Law is suing for negligence, survival action, wrongful death, and willful and wanton conduct. The case is currently pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
