Caroline Mazurek Cozzi is an associate attorney at Bellas & Wachowski. She focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters with an emphasis on contract dispute, real estate, and personal injury law.
Prior to joining Bellas & Wachowski, Caroline served as an extern for the Honorable Aurelia M. Pucinski at the Illinois Appellate Court for the First District and volunteered as an attorney with Legal Aid Chicago.
During law school, Caroline placed 2nd as an oralist in the Dean Fred F. Herzog Moot Court Competition and was selected as an oralist and writer for the Willem C. Vis East International Commercia Arbitration Moot, which took place in Hong Kong. Caroline and her teammates successfully argued complex contract issues based in part on the United Nations Model Law and were recognized in the Top 16 Best Respondent and Petitioner Memoranda. Caroline also served as a teaching assistant for her school’s nationally ranked legal writing program and as the President of the American Law Student Association.
Caroline is a native of Chicago and an avid traveler. She speaks Polish fluently and is proud of her heritage. She understands the importance of community and is eager to serve the communities of the Chicagoland area.
